Description

The Assistant PM - Multifamily/Mixed-use Construction - DC Metro will be responsible for:

  • Managing project lifecycle from initiation to close-out, ensuring objectives are met.
  • Establishing project scope, goals, and deliverables to meet stakeholder requirements.
  • Facilitating clear communication between teams, clients, and stakeholders for alignment.
  • Developing comprehensive project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource needs.
  • Tracking progress, addressing risks, and implementing solutions to keep projects on course.
  • Upholding quality standards to ensure project outcomes meet specifications.
  • Holding regular meetings for status updates and stakeholder feedback.
  • Delivering projects on time and within budget while ensuring client satisfaction

Profile

The Assistant PM - Multifamily/Mixed-use Construction - DC Metro will have:

  • Demonstrated track record of successfully managing projects, ideally within a related industry.
  • Degree in project management, construction, engineering, or a relevant field.
  • Strong communication skills for engaging diverse stakeholders, including team members, clients, and executives.
  • Proven ability to lead and motivate teams, fostering collaboration and a positive workplace culture.
  • Excellent organizational skills for effectively managing multiple projects, deadlines, and resources.
  • Proactive in identifying challenges and swiftly developing efficient solutions.
  • Familiarity with project management software, tools, and industry-specific technologies.
  • Solid understanding of budgeting, forecasting, and financial oversight to ensure projects stay within budget.
  • Adaptable to changing project requirements and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in identifying, assessing, and mitigating risks to guarantee successful project completion
