Project Manager
We are seeking a highly motivated Project Manager to oversee and execute construction projects within the business services industry. This role requires strong organizational skills and a results-driven attitude to ensure projects are completed on time and within scope.

Description
Project Leadership & Delivery
- Lead projects from preconstruction through closeout
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, consultants, and subcontractors
- Drive project profitability through effective cost control and forecasting
- Oversee scheduling, procurement, and field coordination alongside Superintendents
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards
Preconstruction & Commercial Management
- Partner with Estimating during design development and GMP establishment
- Develop and manage budgets, cash flow forecasts, and monthly reporting
- Review and negotiate change orders and subcontractor agreements
- Lead subcontractor bid packaging and 'apples-to-apples' bid analysis
Operations & Team Management
- Provide leadership, mentorship, and direction to Project Engineers and APMs
- Maintain strong document control and administrative systems
- Lead OAC meetings and ensure clear communication across all stakeholders
- Work closely with field teams to resolve issues and maintain schedule
Risk, Quality & Compliance
- Ensure safety programs are implemented and enforced
- Manage claims documentation and mitigate risk exposure
- Oversee QA/QC processes and project closeout (O&Ms, as-builts, training)
- Maintain a strong understanding of contracts, insurance, and bonding requirements
Profile
A successful Project Manager should have:
- Background working on commercial projects in the $10M-$60M range
- Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or equivalent experience
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, contracts, and delivery methods
- Proficiency with P6 or Microsoft Project, and project management platforms such as CMiC, Procore, or similar
- Experience with tools such as Bluebeam, PlanGrid, BIM 360, etc.
- OSHA 30 certification (preferred)
