Senior Superintendent - $250M/YR General Contractor
As the Senior Superintendent you will be tasked with leading field operations for some of the area's largest projects in the multifamily, commercial, and education spaces. Description
- Lead and oversee all field operations for large-scale commercial projects ($15M+), ensuring safety, quality, schedule, and budget compliance
- Manage and mentor project superintendents, foremen, and field staff to drive performance and consistency across multiple job sites
- Develop, maintain, and enforce master schedules, sequencing plans, and logistics strategies for complex construction operations
- Coordinate closely with project managers, owners, architects, and engineers to resolve constructability issues and drive timely decisions
- Enforce company safety programs and regulatory compliance, fostering a proactive, zero-incident jobsite culture
- Oversee subcontractor performance, manpower loading, and productivity to meet critical milestones and contractual obligations
- Lead quality control efforts, inspections, and punch-list execution to ensure work meets contract documents and company standards
- Identify and mitigate project risks, including schedule impacts, labor challenges, and site constraints, before they affect project outcomes
Profile
- 5+ years of experience leading field operations for commercial or multifamily projects valued at $10M+
- Advanced technology skills
- Ability to be a key point of contact for high-priority clients
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Passion for construction
