Associate/AVP Loan Workouts Officer
The Loan Workouts Officer entails managing various responsibilities to support loan workout operations, focusing on credit risk evaluation, portfolio management, and ensuring compliance with internal and external requirements.

Description
Credit Risk Review:
Analyze financial trends and evaluate the assigned risk rating for each borrower, providing in-depth insights.
Review all aspects of credit reports, including but not limited to restructured strategies or other exit plans, historical and projected financial performance, management, industry and market conditions, and third-party reports in a timely manner.
Challenge assumptions where necessary to ensure thorough risk assessment.
Assess the soundness of strategies and creditworthiness in accordance with the Bank's policies and procedures.
Portfolio Management:
Perform annual and/or quarterly reviews of the loan portfolio and provide periodic non-performing loan (NPL) reports as required by the Bank's policies.
Monitor market and industry trends, evaluating the impact of negative news on specific industries or clients.
Manage reporting and committee pipeline processes.
Provide guidance on booking instructions in alignment with financial and regulatory standards.
Profile
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics is required; Master's in Finance, Real Estate, or an MBA is preferred.
CFA/FRM certifications are preferred.
Proven experience in credit risk management and due diligence, with a background in written credit risk analysis or loan portfolio reporting.
Strong knowledge in credit risk management and due diligence within financial sectors.
Bilingual proficiency in English and Chinese is required.
- Previous expereince in problem loan management is great to have.
Job Offer
The typical base pay range for this role is between $80,000 - $150,000.
