The engineer leads the most complex technical challenges, defines scalable processes and documentation frameworks, and acts as the bridge between customer requirements and repeatable production execution.
Key responsibilities include:

- Translating customer technical requirements into production-ready processes.
Profile
The successful applicant is a recognized CNC manufacturing expert with the ability to influence technical decisions across teams and scale processes from prototype to production. They bring deep hands-on programming experience, a systems-level mindset, and a passion for mentoring others and building sustainable manufacturing capability.
Key qualifications include:

- Proven ability to develop standards, mentor engineers, and solve enterprise-level problems.
Job Offer
This role offers the opportunity to take true technical ownership in a high-visibility, high-impact manufacturing environment where expertise is valued and directly influences business outcomes. It is ideal for someone seeking thought leadership responsibility rather than a purely tactical programming role.
The package includes:
- Competitive compensation + benefits.
