Assistant Project Manager - Harrisburg, PA
We are looking for an Assistant Construction Project Manager in Harrisburg, PA, to assist with the day-to-day management of construction projects, ensuring they stay on schedule, within budget, and meet quality standards. The role will involve coordinating project activities, managing resources, and supporting the project team to deliver successful outcomes.

Description
Assist in managing construction projects from start to finish, ensuring all tasks are completed on time and within budget.
Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and the project team to ensure smooth operations.
Monitor project progress, track timelines, and ensure compliance with safety standards.
Prepare and review contracts, change orders, and other project documentation.
Maintain project schedules, budgets, and resources to avoid delays and cost overruns.
Communicate effectively with stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status.
Address any issues that arise during the construction process and propose solutions.
Profile
The ideal candidate will have 2-4 years of experience in construction project management or a related field. A solid understanding of construction processes, project management software, and strong communication skills are essential. A degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field is preferred, along with the ability to multitask, problem-solve, and work under pressure.
