Description

• Oversee daily operations of construction projects from start to finish.
• Coordinate and manage contractors, workers, and project schedules.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes.
• Communicate effectively with clients, architects, and engineers.
• Handle on-site issues and ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Perform quality control duties and responsibilities related to on-site delivery.
• Review and understand contract documents.
• Provide leadership and guidance to the project team.

Profile

A successful Superintendent should have:

• 5+ years of experience is ideal
• Understands ASIs, RFIs, Submittals,
• Strogn communication skills
• Excels at reading blueprints
• Education, Higher ed, or commercial experience
