Manufacturing Maintenance Manager
This is an on-call position responsible for the maintenance and function of the entire plant, machinery, and grounds. Responsibilities include compliance to all codes (state and federal) for the safety of the plant and employees, meeting all fire and safety codes as well as security systems maintenance and response.

The company serves various industries, including medical, automotive, and electronics, by producing high-precision metal components. Their expertise lies in creating complex, tight-tolerance parts using deep-drawing techniques.
Description
This person needs to be dedicated, engaged, have a blend of technical expertise, management experience, problem solving skills, and the foresight to ensure the building(s), equipment, and infrastructure are maintained to ensure operations can run seamless, efficiently and safely. This is a dedicated on-call position responsible for the maintenance and function of the entire plant, machinery, and grounds. Responsibilities include compliance to all codes (state and federal) for the safety of the plant and employees, meeting all fire and safety codes as well as security systems maintenance and response.
- 5-10 years of experience in maintenance, with at least 3-5 years in a supervisory or managerial role within a manufacturing environment.
- Hands-on experience with:
- Mechanical systems, including machinery, conveyor systems, and HVAC.
- Electrical systems, such as motors, PLCs (Programmable Logic Controllers), and automation controls.
- Safety and Fire protection, dealing with all aspects of local departments of fire and law, all safety on equipment, building, and grounds, and security systems. This is an on-call position for all needs that may arise.
- Preventive and predictive maintenance strategies.
- Maintenance management software (e.g., CMMS systems like SAP, Maximo, or EAM systems).
Profile
- Bachelor's Degree (mandatory)
- Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or a related field).
- Alternatively, Work Experience and/or bachelor's degree in business with a focus on operations management can also be acceptable, depending on the industry.
- Certified Maintenance Manager (CMM) or Certified Maintenance and Reliability Professional (CMRP).
- Six Sigma Certification (Green Belt) for process optimization.
- Project Management Certification (e.g., PMP) if the role involves managing projects related to equipment upgrades or plant expansions.
