• Oversee daily site operations and ensure adherence to project schedules
• Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and field staff to maintain workflow
• Enforce safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized job site
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure quality and compliance
• Communicate effectively with clients, architects, and internal teams
• Resolve issues proactively to keep projects on track
• Maintain accurate documentation and daily reports
• Lead site meetings and manage project milestones

Profile

A successful Superintendent should have:

• 5+ years of experience as a Superintendent in commercial construction
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Proven ability to manage schedules, subcontractors, and site logistics
• Knowledge of local building codes and safety regulations
• Proficiency with construction management software is a plus
