The Plant Automation Manager will step in as a Senior leader at my client's fast-growing production site near Wheeling. Description

• Management of site budget including P&L
• Interfacing with client base to understand custom automation system needs
• Implement and track KPIs (safety, quality, OTD, efficiency)
• Manage project timelines and handle engineering change orders as needed
• Review and approve engineering designs for custom equipment
• Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, quality, and engineering team
• Drive Lean manufacturing / Continuous Improvement initiatives

Profile

• 10+ years of manufacturing experience
• 5+ years of managerial/leadership experience
• Strong project management experience
• Experience in a made-to-order manufacturing environment is preferred
• Business acumen - experience weighing in on overall business strategy
• Strong technical background with automated systems
• Proven track record building & developing technical teams

Job Offer

• Base salary up to $145,000 based on experience
• Annual bonus based on EBITDA
• 401K matching up to 5%
