Superintendent - Ground Up Public - $175k - Taunton, MA

This Superintendent role offers the opportunity to lead field operations on a $60M ground-up Police/Fire Station project in Taunton, MA. The ideal candidate will oversee site logistics, manage subcontractors, and ensure the project is delivered safely, on time, and to high-quality standards.

Description

The Superintendent will be responsible for

• Oversee all field operations ensuring timelines, quality, safety, and specifications are met

• Lead and coordinate subcontractors and site labor

• Enforce compliance with safety, cost, and quality standards

• Manage site logistics and update overall project schedule

• Lead weekly foreman and safety meetings

• Attend owner meetings and provide regular project updates

Profile

The successful candidate will have

• 3-7 years of field leadership experience

• Experience in public work, K-12, academic, or large-scale renovation/ground-up projects preferred

• Comfortable on fast-paced, complex projects from $20M to $100M+

• Massachusetts Unrestricted Supervisor's License (Required)

• Experience using Procore

• Associate's or Bachelor's in Construction Management or related field (Preferred)

Job Offer

The Superintendent will receive

• Base Salary: $150K-$175K

• Bonuses: $2K-$5K for on-time delivery + discretionary performance bonus (up to $7.5K or 10% of base)

• Benefits: 100% health coverage, 401K with 8% contribution, $500/month vehicle allowance

• PTO: 2 weeks to start + 5 sick days + 2 personal days
