Project Manager - Commercial - Little Rock, AR
The Project Manager in the will oversee commercial construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and budget. This position is based in Fayetteville and requires strong organizational and leadership skills to manage project teams effectively.

Description
The Project Manager's responsibilities include:
- Plan and manage all phases of commercial construction projects, including scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation.
- Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure project requirements are met.
- Monitor project progress and implement adjustments to ensure timely completion.
- Oversee quality control and ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes.
- Prepare and present project updates to stakeholders and address any concerns promptly.
- Manage project risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
- Review contracts, bids, and proposals to ensure alignment with project goals.
- Foster positive relationships with all project stakeholders to promote collaboration and satisfaction.

Profile
A successful Project Manager should have:
- Proven experience managing commercial construction projects within the Business Services industry.
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and safety standards.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Effective communication and leadership abilities to coordinate teams and stakeholders.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools for tracking progress and budgets.
- A strong problem-solving mindset to address challenges and implement solutions effectively.
