LIHTC Construction Project Manager
Take ownership of affordable housing projects from the ground up, managing budgets, compliance, and delivery timelines. This is a high-visibility role where your expertise will directly impact the success of LIHTC developments and the communities they serve.

Description
Drive the construction process from pre-development through completion.
Oversee contractors, architects, and consultants, ensuring delivery to the highest standard.
Maintain full compliance with LIHTC and regulatory requirements.
Manage budgets, schedules, and reporting with precision.
Build strong relationships with developers, lenders, investors, and stakeholders.
Conduct regular site visits and ensure safety, risk management, and quality control.
Lead project meetings, provide updates, and resolve challenges proactively.
Profile
You bring at least 5 years of construction project management experience, ideally within LIHTC, affordable housing, or multifamily development. You're organized, detail-oriented, and thrive in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same. Strong budgeting, compliance knowledge, and communication skills are essential. A degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field is preferred; certifications such as PMP are a plus.
