Description
My client is seeking a Bilingual Safety Manager / Safety Superintendent to lead safety initiatives across active construction sites. This role is ideal for a proactive, experienced professional who thrives in fast-paced environments and is ready to hit the ground running.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct safety inspections and ensure compliance with company safety programs
- Collaborate with Safety Director and Project Superintendents to maintain safe work conditions
- Lead safety orientations and training sessions for new hires
- Investigate incidents and promote a strong safety culture
- Develop site-specific safety plans and materials
- Advise teams on health and safety standards and regulatory compliance
- Participate in corporate safety committees and events
- Maintain OSHA certifications and complete required training

Profile
- Experience: 5+ years in construction safety, ideally in excavation, site work, concrete, or civil projects
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field, or progressive experience in skilled trades
- Project Scope: Experience managing safety on projects ranging from $500K to $20M
- Certifications: OSHA 30 and OSHA 510 required
- Tech Skills: Proficiency in Procore, P6, and Excel
- Languages: Bilingual (Spanish/English) strongly preferred
- Leadership: Must have led safety efforts on at least three ground-up construction projects
Job Offer
- Competitive Base Salary
- Annual Bonus: Based on company revenue (discretionary)
- Cell Phone Stipend: $1,000 annually
- Retirement & Ownership: Up to 15% of W-2 earnings in 401K, employee stock, and profit sharing
- Paid Holidays: 7 annually (New Year's Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving + Day After, Christmas Day)
- Vacation: Up to 2-3 weeks in the first year
