Superintendent

The Superintendent will be responsible for the on-site management of Residential and Commercial construction projects, ensuring successful completion while meeting quality, safety, and timeline standards. Description

• Oversee day-to-day site operations, ensuring projects are completed according to plans, specifications, and schedules.
• Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and other team members to maintain smooth workflow.
• Perform regular site inspections to ensure work quality and compliance with safety standards.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues promptly to avoid project delays.
• Maintain clear, timely communication with all stakeholders, including clients and contractors.
• Keep detailed records, including daily reports, safety logs, and project updates.

Profile

• Minimum 7 years of Superintendent experience in the construction industry, with a focus on both Residential and Commercial projects.
• Proven track record in successfully leading construction projects from start to finish.
• Strong understanding of construction processes, building codes, and safety regulations.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with construction management software and project documentation.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred but not required.
