Business Intelligence Manager
The Business Intelligence Manager is responsible for analyzing and reporting on depletions, sales, and distribution data, while providing insights to drive business growth and support the Sales, Marketing, Finance, and HR teams. This role involves managing VIP/Karma systems, forecasting, creating reports, and partnering with leadership to identify opportunities and risks, requiring strong analytical, storytelling, and communication skills.

Description
The Business Intelligence Manager is responsible for analyzing sales, depletions, and distribution data, providing insights to drive growth, and supporting cross-functional teams with reporting and forecasting. The role also involves managing VIP/Karma systems, tracking performance, and collaborating with leadership to identify opportunities, risks, and improve reporting efficiency.
Profile
A successful candidate will have strong experience with VIP/I-dig/Karma systems, a background in the beverage alcohol industry, and expertise in data analysis, forecasting, and reporting. They will possess excellent communication, storytelling, and organizational skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and provide actionable insights to drive business growth.
