Description

• Experience bridging the gap between the development side of the business and the construction side
• Work with civil engineers and design team through evolution
• Create GMP for projects
• Experience in a director level role, overseeing a team of 5+ team members

Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field preferred.
• Proven track record of successfully managing industrial and manufacturing projects, preferably within a consulting or engineering firm.
• Strong understanding of multifamily processes and project management methodologies.
• Exceptional leadership abilities, with a demonstrated aptitude for motivating teams and driving results.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with diverse stakeholders.
• Proficiency in project management tools and software, such as Microsoft Project, Primavera P6, or equivalent
