The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in mechanical contracting, including working with state and federal projects.

Description
Mechanical Project Manager - Norwell, MA - Public Projects - Responsibilities
- Oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of mechanical projects ranging from $5 million to $20 million in value.
- Manage project schedules, budgets, and contracts, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Ensure effective use of Procore for project management, documentation, and communication.
- Develop and track schedules of values, budget reports, pay requisitions, and cash flow.
- Collaborate closely with clients, subcontractors, and project teams to maintain project flow and resolve any issues.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
- Report regularly to senior leadership on project progress, risks, and financial status.
Profile
Mechanical Project Manager - Norwell, MA - Public Projects - Will have

Job Offer
Mechanical Project Manager - Norwell, MA - Public Projects - Will receive
- Salary: $120,000 - $140,000, depending on experience
- Vehicle or vehicle allowance, plus a gas card
- Full-time, in-office position with no hybrid or remote options
