Description

Mechanical Project Manager - Norwell, MA - Public Projects - Responsibilities

• Oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of mechanical projects ranging from $5 million to $20 million in value.
• Manage project schedules, budgets, and contracts, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Ensure effective use of Procore for project management, documentation, and communication.
• Develop and track schedules of values, budget reports, pay requisitions, and cash flow.
• Collaborate closely with clients, subcontractors, and project teams to maintain project flow and resolve any issues.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
• Report regularly to senior leadership on project progress, risks, and financial status.

Profile

Mechanical Project Manager - Norwell, MA - Public Projects - Will have

• 7-10+ years of experience in mechanical project management, with a strong background in state and public projects (federal experience a plus).
• MUST be proficient in Procore
• Experience managing schedule of values, budget management, pay requisitions, and cash flow
• Strong understanding of mechanical contracting, construction processes, and project management best practices
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail
• Must be located in or near the South Shore area

Job Offer

Mechanical Project Manager - Norwell, MA - Public Projects - Will receive

• Salary: $120,000 - $140,000, depending on experience
• Vehicle or vehicle allowance, plus a gas card
