We are seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to oversee and manage projects within the property industry. This role is based in South Florida and requires an individual with a strong background in construction and project management.

Description

  • Manage and oversee all phases of construction projects, from planning to completion.
  • Coordinate with contractors, architects, and other stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules and budgets.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations, codes, and standards.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and address any issues.
  • Prepare and present project status reports to stakeholders.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks to ensure successful outcomes.
  • Manage procurement of materials and resources required for construction projects.

Profile

A successful Construction Project Manager should have:

  • A degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field.
  • Experience working for a general contractor and leading projects worth over $10 Million
  • Proven expertise in managing construction projects within the property industry.
  • Strong knowledge of construction processes, codes, and regulations.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
  • Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges.
