Description

The Estimator - Commercial Interiors - Charlotte will be responsible for:

• Preparing accurate and timely estimates for commercial interior fit-outs

• Reviewing construction drawings and specs to determine labor, material, and time requirements

• Developing bid packages and evaluating subcontractor proposals

• Performing detailed quantity takeoffs and establishing material pricing

• Collaborating with project managers to update estimates during the construction process

• Coordinating with vendors and subcontractors to resolve estimating questions

• Building and maintaining strong relationships with local subcontractors

Profile

The Estimator - Commercial Interiors - Charlotte will have:

• 5+ years of commercial construction estimating experience, ideally in interior renovations

• Strong take-off and material pricing skills

• Self-motivated with a clear understanding of deadlines

• Excellent communication and phone skills

• Proficiency in estimating software such as iSqFt, Sage, ProCore, On-Screen Takeoff

• Skilled in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, Project)

Job Offer

The Estimator - Commercial Interiors - Charlotte can expect:

• Base salary of $100,000-$1250,000 depending on experience
