Client Details
My client is a close-knit midsize general contractor in the Columbus Area. They have been around for almost 5 decades and created a very reputable name for themselves. They specialize in ground-up Commercial, Healthcare, Education and more project types. Projects are typically in the $1-20 Mil range. They are looking to grow more into the Commercial market and want a senior leader to join their team to help with the expansion. This is an opportunity where your voice will be heard and get to sit in with senior leadership and directly assist with the growth of the company.
Description
- Oversee project management team and manage the day-to day operations
- Ability to make decisions that consider both schedule and budgets
- Effectively communicate relevant project information to superiors
- Manage scope review process
- Negotiate change orders
- manage permit and occupancy with government agencies
- Manage and update budgets
- Conduct regular status meetings with project team
- Deliver projects on time and within company profit targets

Profile
-Bachelor's Degree (Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management is plus)
-Project Management 3-5+ years preferred
-Experience with a General Contractor
-Conceptual Estimating experience
-Communication skills and can wear many hats
-Microsoft Suite Software Proficient
Job Offer
- $100K-$130K in base salary
- Guaranteed and project based bonus structure - usually between 15-25%
