Project Manager | Owner's Representative | Kansas City
Our client is looking for an experienced Project Manager to join their growing team to help them service a strong backlog of projects. This individual will be working on projects from start to finish. The ideal candidate will have 10-15 years of experience managing project and will have estimating experience.

Our client is a Construction Management/Owner's Representative in the Kansas City area who a strong project backlog. Their core markets are education, municipal, and anything in the public sector. Description
- Running multiple projects from start to finish
- Working with owners to facilitate general construction planning
- Take initiative on all projects from conception to completion
- Estimating, project management, bidding
- Prepare budgets and schedules
- Proactively drive solutions
Profile
- 10-15 years of experience running projects from start to finish
- Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field
- Mid to large size project experience ($10M - $30M)
- Collaborates well with a team
- Motivated to grow
- Hard working
Job Offer
- Salary of $115,000 to $130,000 depending on experience
- Annual bonuses between 10% - 20%
- Vehicle Allowance
- 20 days PTO + 10 Paid Holidays
- Flexible schedule once up and running
