Our client is looking for an experienced Project Manager to join their growing team to help them service a strong backlog of projects. This individual will be working on projects from start to finish. The ideal candidate will have 10-15 years of experience managing project and will have estimating experience.

Description

• Running multiple projects from start to finish
• Working with owners to facilitate general construction planning
• Take initiative on all projects from conception to completion
• Estimating, project management, bidding
• Prepare budgets and schedules
• Proactively drive solutions

Profile

• 10-15 years of experience running projects from start to finish
• Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field
• Mid to large size project experience ($10M - $30M)
• Collaborates well with a team
• Motivated to grow
• Hard working

Job Offer

• Salary of $115,000 to $130,000 depending on experience
• Annual bonuses between 10% - 20%
• Vehicle Allowance
• 20 days PTO + 10 Paid Holidays
• Flexible schedule once up and running
