Description

As the Healthcare Project Executive you will assume a pivotal role in steering healthcare construction projects to unprecedented heights. Your responsibilities will encompass:

  • Strategic Vision: Develop and execute a comprehensive business development strategy to identify and secure new healthcare construction opportunities, fostering growth and market expansion.
  • Project Leadership: Spearhead the entire project lifecycle, from conception to completion, ensuring projects are delivered on-time, within budget, and in alignment with quality benchmarks.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Cultivate strong partnerships with healthcare providers, architects, engineers, and industry influencers, harnessing collaboration for optimal project outcomes.
  • Innovation Advocate: Infuse projects with cutting-edge construction methods and technologies that elevate healthcare facilities to new levels of efficiency and excellence.
  • Risk Management: Proactively identify and mitigate potential risks, upholding regulatory compliance and smooth project execution.
  • Empowerment and Mentorship: Foster a culture of teamwork and learning, nurturing your project team's talents and guiding them to success.

Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Construction Management, or related field (Master's preferred).
  • 10+ years of progressive experience in healthcare construction, business development, and project leadership.
  • Demonstrated ability to cultivate and nurture client relationships, resulting in successful business growth.
  • Proven track record of delivering complex healthcare projects on-time, within budget, and exceeding quality expectations.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of healthcare regulations, codes, and compliance requirements.
  • Proficiency in project management software, CRM systems, and business development tools.
