Description

• Develop and manage project timelines, budgets, and milestones for dry utility projects.
• Coordinate with field teams, subcontractors, and engineers to ensure efficient execution.
• Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies to maintain safety, schedule, and budget compliance.
• Serve as the primary client liaison, providing updates and addressing concerns.
• Oversee quality control, permitting, and compliance with local regulations.
• Review and negotiate change orders, maintaining project documentation for tracking and audits.
• Allocate labor, materials, and equipment to meet project demands efficiently.

Profile

• Experience managing dry utility or underground utility installations.
• Proficiency in Procore, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Office.
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Detail-oriented and solution-driven, with strong client-facing communication abilities.
