Sr. Manufacturing Engineer | EDM Programming
My client is seeking a Senior Manufacturing Engineer to join their rapidly growing team - expecting to triple in revenue size within the next 5 - 10 years - and serves the military, defense, commercial, medical, and aerospace industries. You will join the New Product Introduction team under one of the company's best managers, utilizing your background in CNC machining to optimize and design manufacturing processes based on customer designs.

Description
- CNC Experience Required (Milling, Turning)
- GD&T Experience Required
- Degree Highly Preferred, Not Required
- 5 - 10+ Years of Relevant Manufacturing Experience
- Regulated Industry Experience Preferred (Automotive, Aerospace, Device, Defense)
- Six Sigma / LEAN Manufacturing Experience
- Experience with New Product Development and Introduction, DFMA
- Quoting, Costing, Customer Facing experience preferred
- APQP, PPAP, Validations Experience preferred
- Structured Problem Solving Experience (A3, PDCA, 8D, DMAIC)
- Bilingual a Plus (Spanish Fluency)
- SolidWorks and CAD / CAM Software Experience (Esprit, MasterCAM)
- Demonstrated communication skills required
Profile
- A degree in engineering or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and principles.
- Experience with process improvement methodologies, such as Lean or Six Sigma.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Proficiency in using manufacturing software and tools.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
Job Offer
- Base Salary of $90,000 to $115,000 based on experience
- Discretionary Quarterly Bonus
- 3 Weeks of PTO in addition to 5 Personal Days
