Description

• Oversee day-to-day field operations on large-scale retail construction sites (ground-up and TI)

• Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure timely project execution

• Ensure site safety, quality control, and compliance with all regulatory requirements

• Maintain project schedules, daily logs, and communicate progress to stakeholders

• Lead site meetings, manage inspections, and resolve field issues efficiently

Profile

• 5+ years of superintendent experience, ideally in big-box retail construction (Publix, Target, Walmart, etc.)

• Strong leadership and field coordination skills with a track record of delivering projects on time

• Knowledgeable in South Florida building codes, permitting, and safety standards

• Capable of managing fast-track schedules and multiple subcontractor trades

• Comfortable with construction technology, scheduling software, and daily reporting tools

• Strong communicator with a proactive, solutions-driven mindset
