Description

Senior Superintendent - 20M+ Industrial/Commercial - Richmond,VA :

• Lead daily field operations for large-scale, ground-up public and commercial projects ranging from $20M-$60M+.

• Oversee all site activities, subcontractor performance, safety compliance, scheduling, and quality control.

• Partner closely with the Project Manager to maintain project timelines, logistics plans, budgets, and overall delivery.

• Coordinate inspections, manage site documentation, and ensure adherence to local and state requirements.

• Build strong relationships with owners, architects, engineers, and trade partners to drive project success.

• Maintain Procore and Microsoft Project schedules, reports, and daily logs.

• Mentor field staff and foster a positive, safe, productive jobsite environment.

• Represent the company with professionalism as they establish and grow their presence in Richmond.

Senior Superintendent - 20M+ Industrial/Commercial - Richmond,VA :

The ideal candidate brings 10+ years of superintendent experience on ground-up, non-residential projects $20M+, with a background in public-sector work such as K-12, municipal, or commercial buildings. Aviation or light industrial experience (e.g., airport hangars) is also a strong fit.

Job Offer

Senior Superintendent - 20M+ Industrial/Commercial - Richmond,VA :

• $140K-$155K base salary

• Annual bonus (8-12%) based on performance
