Healthcare Construction Project Manager

We're hiring local Project Managers who understand the intricacies of commercial interior construction and can confidently lead teams from precon through closeout.

Description

• Manage day-to-day project operations from pre-construction through closeout

• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules and budgets

• Coordinate with superintendents, subs, vendors, and design teams

• Lead client meetings and ensure high-quality delivery

• Identify and resolve project challenges early and efficiently

• Ensure all safety, quality, and compliance standards are met

Profile

• 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager in commercial interiors

• Background in multifamily and healthcare projects required

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field

• OSHA 30 Certification

• Procore Certified

• Strong command of budgeting, scheduling, sub coordination, and client communications

• Proven ability to lead multiple stakeholders toward shared project goals
