• Seek out through networking new deals across the country focused on both redevelopment and ground up construction.
• Develop and implement strategic plans to optimize property operations and meet business goals.
• Oversee property portfolios, ensuring compliance with regulations and company standards.
• Lead and manage teams to achieve operational efficiency and client satisfaction.
• Identify opportunities for growth and expansion within the property industry.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and execute innovative property management strategies.
• Ensure budgets are managed effectively and financial targets are met.
• Monitor market trends and adjust strategies to maintain competitiveness.
