Description

• Manage and oversee daily field operations on K-12 construction sites.

• Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and inspectors to ensure schedule and quality standards are met.

• Enforce site safety and compliance with OSHA and company protocols.

• Lead job site meetings, progress tracking, and communication with project managers and stakeholders.

• Maintain detailed project documentation, including reports, logs, and change orders.

• Ensure project milestones and deadlines are achieved on time and within budget.

Profile

• 5+ years of experience as a Superintendent on ground-up or large renovation K-12 or institutional construction projects.

• Proven track record managing multiple trades and subcontractors in a fast-paced, occupied or active school environment.

• Strong knowledge of construction safety protocols and relevant Florida building codes.

• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

• OSHA 30 certification required; DMS/Owner-Direct project experience is a plus.

• Ability to lead with authority while maintaining a collaborative and respectful work site culture.
