Superintendent-K-12 Construction
We are seeking an experienced Construction Superintendent to oversee K-12 school renovation projects across the Fort Lauderdale area. This role is ideal for a hands-on leader who can manage complex school-site operations with a strong focus on safety, schedule, and quality.

Description
Manage day-to-day field operations on K-12 school renovation projects
Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, trades, and site activities to ensure project milestones are met
Enforce job site safety, cleanliness, and security protocols in accordance with OSHA and district policies
Maintain clear communication with the project management team, school officials, and vendors
Oversee project schedules, daily reports, inspections, and quality control measures
Proactively identify and resolve field-related issues to prevent delays and maintain project momentum
Ensure compliance with project plans, specifications, and building codes
Profile
The ideal candidate will have at least 5+ years of experience working as a Superintendent on K-12 school renovation projects. A strong understanding of occupied school site protocols, phased construction, and working within live environments is essential. Candidates must possess excellent leadership, scheduling, and communication skills, and be adept at fostering relationships with school personnel and subcontractors. A valid OSHA 30 certification and knowledge of South Florida building practices are required.
Job Offer
Competitive base salary ranging from $100,000 to $120,000, depending on experience
