Estimator

We are seeking a detail-oriented and results-driven Estimator to join a growing team in the property industry. The role involves preparing accurate cost estimates and collaborating with construction teams to ensure successful project execution.

Description

• Prepare detailed and accurate cost estimates for construction projects, including materials, labor, and timelines.
• Collaborate with project managers, architects, and other stakeholders to gather necessary project details.
• Analyze project documents, blueprints, and specifications to determine project requirements.
• Research and source suppliers and subcontractors to obtain competitive pricing.
• Monitor project budgets and identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality.
• Provide regular updates and reports on project costs and progress to stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with company standards, industry regulations, and safety guidelines.
• Maintain accurate records of project estimates and associated documentation.

Profile

A successful Estimator should have:

• Proven experience in construction estimating within the property industry.
• 5+ years of commercial construction experience
• Strong understanding of construction processes, materials, and cost factors.
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in estimating software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and meet deadlines.
