Description

• Oversee daily site operations for a 20,000 sq ft medical office fit‑out project
• Manage subcontractors, schedules, site safety, inspections, and progress reporting
• Coordinate closely with project management to ensure alignment on budget, logistics, and sequencing
• Maintain rigorous quality standards consistent with medical office interior requirements
• Drive the project from shell stage through full interior completion (shell already complete)
• Provide proactive issue resolution and maintain clear communication with stakeholders
• Uphold strong documentation practices, including daily logs and progress updates

Profile

• Proven experience as a Superintendent specifically on medical office or hospital interior projects
• Strong tenure in previous roles - a history of stability is essential
• Excellent coordination, communication, and field‑leadership skills
• Ability to manage a fast‑paced environment with urgency and precision
• Comfortable representing themselves professionally during a multi‑step interview process with senior leadership
