Description

As Mid-Level Associate - Real Estate Transactions team:

  • Provide legal advice and support on real estate business transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, and financing.
  • Draft, review, and negotiate complex real estate agreements and contracts.
  • With paralegal support, conduct due diligence, including reviewing title, surveys, and other related documents.
  • Work directly with clients, internal teams, and external parties to ensure successful transaction closings.
  • Stay updated on changes in real estate laws and regulations to provide accurate counsel.
  • Support the firm's commitment to fostering and maintaining strong client relationships.

Profile

The successful Mid-Level Associate - Real Estate Transactions should have:

  • A Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Admittance to the New York state bar.
  • 3+ years knowledge of real estate transactions.
  • Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail, ability to manage multiple transactions and deadlines simultaneously.
  • A detail-oriented approach to working independently and collaboratively.
