Data Governance Consultant

The Data Governance Consultant will be a key player in managing and organizing data within a major financial services organization. This role requires a strong understanding of data governance principles, data management, and financial services.

Description

• Develop and implement data governance frameworks and procedures.
• Collaborate with technology and business teams to ensure data accuracy and consistency.
• Manage data quality issues, including identification, analysis, and resolution.
• Provide data governance training and support to team members.
• Participate in data management projects and initiatives.
• Foster a data-driven culture within the organization.
• Support the data governance council with meeting preparation and follow-ups.
• Stay updated with industry trends and developments in data governance.

Profile

A successful Data Governance Consultant should have:

• A robust knowledge of data governance principles and practices.
• Proficiency in data management and analysis tools.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Mandarin language is preferred.
• Python and SQL is hard requirement.

Has strong data governance experience preferably in the financial services industry.
