Description

The Project Manager - MEP, Infrastructure, Renovations - Beltsville will be responsible for:

• Overseeing all aspects of construction projects from start to finishing.
• Developing, tracking, and maintaining project schedules and budgeting.
• Coordinating subcontractors, vendors, and other collaborating.
• Enforcing safety and quality standardizing on site.
• Ensuring projects' complying with contracts and regulating.
• Driving project progressing and problem-solving on-site issues.
• Leading project teams and promoting collaborating.

Profile

The Project Manager - MEP, Infrastructure, Renovations - Beltsville will have:

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
• Proven experience as a Project Manager in commercial construction.
