The Manufacturing Engineer will report directly into the Engineering Manager and be responsible for:

• Lead continuous improvement initiatives and optimize production workflows.
• Solve complex manufacturing challenges with data-driven solutions.
• Create detailed process documentation, technical drawings, and specifications.
• Design and execute engineering tests, delivering actionable insights.

Profile

• Bachelors Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
• 3-7 years of experience in manufacturing processes and production environments.
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Continuous Improvement, and process optimization methodologies.
• Ability to analyze data and apply structured problem-solving techniques to improve efficiency and reduce waste.
  
• Self-motivated, results-driven, and comfortable working in a fast-paced setting.
