Description
The Manufacturing Engineer will report directly into the Engineering Manager and be responsible for:
- Be the go-to technical expert for manufacturing processes.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives and optimize production workflows.
- Solve complex manufacturing challenges with data-driven solutions.
- Create detailed process documentation, technical drawings, and specifications.
- Design and execute engineering tests, delivering actionable insights.
- Drive engineering changes that enhance efficiency and quality.

Profile
- Bachelors Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
- 3-7 years of experience in manufacturing processes and production environments.
- Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Continuous Improvement, and process optimization methodologies.
- Ability to analyze data and apply structured problem-solving techniques to improve efficiency and reduce waste.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and comfortable working in a fast-paced setting.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.
