This position seeks an FP&A Analyst who is detail-oriented, financially savvy, and possesses strong analytical skills. The candidate will be responsible for financial planning, analysis and projection for the company.

Description

• Conduct financial forecasting, reporting, and operational metrics tracking.
• Analyze financial data and create financial models for decision support.
• Report on financial performance and prepare for regular leadership reviews.
• Analyze past results, perform variance analysis, identify trends, and make recommendations for improvements.
• Guide cost analysis process by establishing and enforcing policies and procedures.
• Work closely with the accounting team to ensure accurate financial reporting.
• Evaluate financial performance by comparing and analyzing actual results with plans and forecasts.
• Develop financial models and analyses to support strategic initiatives.

Profile

A successful 'FP&A Analyst' should have:

• A Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
• 2+ years of true FP&A experience
• Excellent analytical, decision-making, and strategic thinking skills.
• Knowledge of financial forecasting and diagnosis, corporate finance and information analysis.
• Sound understanding of Accounting and Finance principles.
