Quality Manager

Description

Quality Manager:

• Establish, maintain, and continuously improve AS9100-compliant Quality Management System.
• Lead and manage internal and external audits.
• Align plant processes with QMS requirements and customer expectations.
• Support process owners in risk assessment and mitigation.
• Maintain documentation, policies, and procedures to meet accreditation standards.
• Provide training to employees to ensure QMS compliance.
• Influence cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Profile

Quality Manager:

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, supply chain, business, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 7 years' experience in ISO-certified manufacturing environment.
• Experience leading audits to ISO 9001, AS9100, TS/IATF 16949, or ISO 13485.
• Strong problem-solving skills for both system and process issues.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and cross-functional leadership abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and quality management tools.
• Certified AS9100 Auditor and/or ASQ Quality Engineer/Manager with continuous improvement expertise.
