Quality Manager
This role manages and maintains an AS9100-compliant Quality Management System, ensuring processes meet industry standards and customer requirements. Responsibilities include leading audits, supporting process owners, implementing continuous improvements, training staff, and aligning plant operations with quality objectives.

Description
Quality Manager:
- Establish, maintain, and continuously improve AS9100-compliant Quality Management System.
- Lead and manage internal and external audits.
- Align plant processes with QMS requirements and customer expectations.
- Support process owners in risk assessment and mitigation.
- Maintain documentation, policies, and procedures to meet accreditation standards.
- Provide training to employees to ensure QMS compliance.
- Influence cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Profile
Quality Manager:
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, supply chain, business, or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 7 years' experience in ISO-certified manufacturing environment.
- Experience leading audits to ISO 9001, AS9100, TS/IATF 16949, or ISO 13485.
- Strong problem-solving skills for both system and process issues.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and cross-functional leadership abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and quality management tools.
- Certified AS9100 Auditor and/or ASQ Quality Engineer/Manager with continuous improvement expertise.
