Description
- Manage all phases of commercial tenant improvement projects, ensuring timely and budget-conscious delivery.
- Coordinate with clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to achieve project goals.
- Prepare detailed project schedules and budgets, monitoring progress and addressing any variances.
- Oversee on-site construction activities, maintaining safety protocols and quality standards.
- Facilitate regular project meetings with stakeholders to provide updates and address concerns.
- Ensure compliance with all local building codes and regulations in Mountain View.
- Prepare and present project reports to management and clients.
- Lead and mentor team members to achieve project objectives successfully.
