Plaster Estimator

We're seeking a motivated, detail-oriented Plaster Estimator to join our team at our San Diego County office. The ideal candidate has a solid understanding of plaster systems, blueprints, takeoffs, and construction estimating. Description

• Prepare accurate and competitive estimates for plaster projects

• Analyze blueprints, specifications, and related documents

• Communicate with general contractors, vendors, and internal teams

• Track and follow up on bids and proposals

• Assist in value engineering and budgeting

• Participate in pre-bid and project meetings as needed

Profile

• 3+ years of experience as plaster estimator or in construction estimating in building and construction

• Familiarity with estimating software and Microsoft Office Suite

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

• Ability to read and interpret plans and specifications

Job Offer

• Plaster Estimator has a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $115,000 (depending on experience)
