Construction Scheduler
Our construction management firm is seeking an experienced Construction Scheduler to support the Los Angeles Community College District (LACCD) bond program. This is a high-visibility role based at Los Angeles Trade Technical College in Downtown LA. The successful candidate will work closely with campus leadership and program managers, ensuring detailed, accurate, and timely construction scheduling for a range of complex capital improvement projects.

Location: Los Angeles Trade Tech College (LATTC), Downtown LA
Schedule: Monday-Thursday on-site, Friday remote
Description
Develop, maintain, and update CPM building and construction project schedules using scheduling software (e.g., Primavera P6)
Review contractor schedules and provide analysis, critiques, and recommendations
Monitor project progress and identify variances to baseline schedules
Interface with project teams, consultants, contractors, and LACCD representatives
Prepare reports, forecasts, and updates for program-level reporting
Support project controls, risk assessments, and time impact analyses
Profile
10+ years of construction scheduler experience, preferably on public sector or institutional projects
Proficiency in Primavera P6 and scheduling best practices
Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, Business, or a related field
Strong communication and documentation skills
Experience working in or with public agencies (LACCD or similar programs preferred)
Job Offer
