• Input and process financial data related to deals with a high level of accuracy and efficiency.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
• Review and validate financial documents, ensuring consistency and correctness.
• Maintain organized records of transactions and deal input details for auditing purposes.
• Provide timely updates and reports to management on deal status and input progress.
• Support process improvement initiatives to enhance workflow efficiency.
• Ensure adherence to deadlines and prioritize tasks to meet operational requirements.
• Communicate effectively with colleagues to address discrepancies or resolve issues.

Profile

A successful Deal Input Consultant should have:

• Programming skills: Python, SQL, R
• Bilingual in Mandarin & English
• A strong foundation in financial data entry and document validation within the financial services industry..
• Proficiency in financial software and tools used in banking and financial services operations.
• Excellent communication skills to collaborate with internal teams and resolve discrepancies.
