Project Manager- Miami- Commercial

Description

• Lead and manage all aspects of commercial construction projects from inception to completion.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource allocations.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project alignment.
• Monitor project progress and implement necessary adjustments to meet deadlines and budget constraints.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and industry standards.
• Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates and address any concerns.
• Prepare and present project reports to senior management and clients.

Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial project management, preferably in the Miami area.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and regulations.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proficient in project management software and tools.
• Detail-oriented, highly organized, and capable of working under pressure.
