The Production Supervisor will oversee and improve safety, quality, cost, delivery, and team morale within the production area, leading a team of up to 50 employees. The role involves driving continuous improvement, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards, and supporting the company's overall strategy through leadership and cross-functional collaboration.

Description

• Directly supervise up to 50 team members, including team leads and hourly manufacturing associates.
• Enforce safety policies and procedures, conducting safety investigations and audits to ensure a safe work environment.
• Ensure product quality standards are met by driving continuous improvement, root cause problem solving, and reducing scrap and rework.
• Support supply chain operations by minimizing excess inventory and ensuring adequate stock for production needs.
• Coordinate staffing resources to meet productivity targets and optimize efficiency in assigned areas.
• Develop and implement standardized work instructions for the assigned departments.
• Foster a positive workplace culture through employee engagement, training, and empowerment initiatives.
• Conduct performance appraisals, provide coaching, and administer disciplinary actions in line with company policies.

Profile

Bachelors Degree in Mechanical Engineering.

Demonstrated Leadership Ability.

Strong Manufacturing Knowledge and Experience.

Excellent Communication and Organization Skills.

Job Offer
