Project Manager - Owner/Builder - Health & Wellness Resorts
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Project Manager to oversee construction projects within the health and wellness resort sector. The ideal candidate will ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Description
- Manage and oversee all aspects of construction projects from initiation to completion.
- Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring timely delivery.
- Coordinate with stakeholders, contractors, and vendors to meet project goals.
- Ensure adherence to safety standards and compliance with local regulations.
- Monitor project budgets and control costs effectively.
- Conduct regular site visits and inspections to ensure quality standards are met.
- Prepare and present progress reports to senior management and stakeholders.
- Address and resolve any issues or challenges during the construction process.
