Description

As the Project Manager you will:

• Oversee corporate and lab fit-out projects, ensuring timely and successful execution.
• Support project planning, scheduling, and coordination to maintain project timelines and deliverables.
• Facilitate clear communication with clients, team members, and stakeholders, addressing any issues or changes promptly
• Manage project lifecycles, from pre-construction through closeout.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders, including clients, subcontractors, and vendors.
• Utilize Procore, Bluebeam, and MS Office to manage documentation and streamline workflows.
• Contribute to proposals and participate in site/utility-related projects.

Profile

The Project Manager will have:

• 5+ years of experience in the Construction Industry, preferably experience in Lab/Life Science projects
• Demonstrates readiness for listed responsibilities and growth mindset!
• MUST have degree in either Civil engineering, Construction Management, or Architecture degrees.
• Expert with Procore and/or other construction industry softwares
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities, with a collaborative and adaptable approach.
