Description
As the Project Manager you will:
- Oversee corporate and lab fit-out projects, ensuring timely and successful execution.
- Support project planning, scheduling, and coordination to maintain project timelines and deliverables.
- Facilitate clear communication with clients, team members, and stakeholders, addressing any issues or changes promptly
- Manage project lifecycles, from pre-construction through closeout.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders, including clients, subcontractors, and vendors.
- Utilize Procore, Bluebeam, and MS Office to manage documentation and streamline workflows.
- Contribute to proposals and participate in site/utility-related projects.
Profile
The Project Manager will have:
- 5+ years of experience in the Construction Industry, preferably experience in Lab/Life Science projects
- Demonstrates readiness for listed responsibilities and growth mindset!
- MUST have degree in either Civil engineering, Construction Management, or Architecture degrees.
- Expert with Procore and/or other construction industry softwares

Job Offer
The candidate will receive:
- Competitive Base Salary up to $140,000
