Description
- Manage daily operations of CNC and manual machining processes to meet production goals.
- Lead shop floor activities, ensuring adherence to quality and safety standards.
- Develop and implement lean manufacturing practices to improve efficiency.
- Oversee production schedules and resource allocation to meet client needs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize the production lifecycle.
- Provide leadership and mentorship to machining teams to drive performance.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards for aerospace, defense, and medical device manufacturing.
- Analyze production data and implement strategies for continuous improvement.
Profile
- Proven expertise in operations management within a precision manufacturing environment.
- Strong knowledge of CNC and manual machining processes.
- Experience in aerospace, defense, medical device, or industrial manufacturing sectors.
- Ability to lead teams and implement lean manufacturing principles.
- Solid understanding of shop floor management and production workflows.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
