Description

• Manage daily operations of CNC and manual machining processes to meet production goals.
• Lead shop floor activities, ensuring adherence to quality and safety standards.
• Develop and implement lean manufacturing practices to improve efficiency.
• Oversee production schedules and resource allocation to meet client needs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize the production lifecycle.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to machining teams to drive performance.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards for aerospace, defense, and medical device manufacturing.

Profile

• Proven expertise in operations management within a precision manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of CNC and manual machining processes.
